How it Works?

Select OUR INVENTORY and review our Tent Trailers

Select BOOKING CALENDAR and fill out the request form including your dates you wish to book

ISLANDTENTTRAILERS will review your request and send RENTER a quote to review and approve

RENTER will eTransfer $50 RESERVATION FEE to [email protected] to hold the reservations.

ISLANDTENTTRAILERS will send APPROVAL email to RENTER to confirm booking.

Download and fill out the RENTAL AGREEMENT outlining Terms and Conditions of the rental and bring it on pickup day

Review GENERAL POLICIES document for more information on policies

Review INSURANCE POLICY to understand what is covered under the comprehensive and liability insurance

Pick Up and Drop Off times are flexible. Typical, drop off times are between 1-3pm, depending on availability

ISLANDTENTTRAILERS will contact RENTER 1 week prior to the pickup date to review any last minute requirements

Full payment is required when trailer is picked up by means of eTransfer, Cheque or Cash (Reservation fee will be deducted)
